聽人說原裝機有備洗機功能,但好像雖要安裝碟 買電腦時送貨的,當天不在家,家裡有人代收 據家人所說送貨那個人來到是即是幫我安裝vista的 現在電腦出了問題了,需要洗機,連洗機碟,安裝碟都沒有 那我是買hp原廠機的什麼碟都不留,只是留一推說明書跟一隻影印機安裝光碟 這樣還可以怎樣洗機? 打電話去原廠問可以? 原廠會不會給你CD? 對上一次買電腦也有安裝碟,洗機碟 是windows xp的 也是同一個地方買 個人覺得vista沒有附碟很過份

你在一開機時,有一個黑色的畫面,按幾下F11,之後就可以 回原廠設定 (姐係洗機) 跟住佢d步驟好快就會幫你洗機,仲可以幫你備分圖片,音樂等 ~

The HP notebook won't come with a windows operating system setup disc cause the image is inside the Hardisk already. When you experience serious problem and want to bring your notebook back to day one you purchase it. Just do the following step: 1. Power UP your notebook 2. Press [Enter] or [F2] or [F8] depends on the model some model will have different key combination. You can see it on the BIOS screen. 3. Select system restore and follow the step to reformat your notebook. * Remember backup all your personal and important data to an external HD otherwise it will gone forever.
